At Intyra, we’re committed to delivering your luxury lingerie and swimwear with the utmost care and efficiency. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery options, timeframes, and policies.
Order Processing
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, so we kindly ask you to review all details carefully before completing checkout.
Intyra does not ship on weekends or major public holidays. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment center.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation email once your purchase is completed. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Product Availability & Refunds
Due to high demand, items may occasionally become unavailable after your order has been placed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
All orders are subject to security review and may be canceled at Intyra’s discretion if flagged for verification concerns.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that shipping delays may occur during special promotions, holiday seasons, and collection launches.
Intyra does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Orders placed with these addresses will be automatically canceled.
Pre-Order Policy
Items marked as Pre-Order at checkout will be shipped upon arrival at our facility. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your item. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

International Shipping
Intyra ships worldwide. We want your shopping experience to be seamless, so we cover all applicable duties and import taxes on your behalf — what you see at checkout is what you pay, with no surprise charges at delivery.
Please note that for orders exceeding the duty-free threshold in your country (€150 for EU, USD $800 for USA, AUD $1,000 for NZ, etc.), import duties may occasionally be assessed by local customs. In these cases, Intyra will endeavour to pre-pay where possible, however some duties may remain the customer's responsibility. For any questions, please contact us at customercare@intyra.com.
Lost Packages
Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to the tracking number, Intyra is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.

Tracking Your Order
We proudly ship all orders via Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your Intyra parcel every step of the way.
Final Sale Items
During sale periods, all sales are final. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Intyra reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.
