Returns & Exchange

At Intyra, we prioritise customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest hygiene standards for our luxury lingerie and swimwear.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer size exchanges or store credit within 28 days of receipt for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original condition and packaging. Swimwear must have its protective adhesive film intact.
To request an exchange or store credit, contact our customer service team at customercare@intyra.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and will only be processed for the same item in a different size. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the item’s value.
Non-Eligible Items for Exchange/Return
We cannot accept exchanges or returns for:
- Items that have been worn, altered, or washed.
- Lingerie and swimwear without the protective hygiene seal.
- Custom-made or personalised items.
- Briefs, panties, and thong styles (for hygiene reasons).
- Items marked Final Sale or purchased during promotions.
Please ensure items are returned from the country where the order was delivered.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, inspect it immediately and contact us within 14 days with proof of damage (photos of the product and packaging).
We will either replace the item or issue a refund/store credit, covering the return shipping cost.
Process for Exchanges & Returns
- Contact our team for approval and return instructions.
- Prepaid return labels are available for defective products.
- Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
EU Consumer Rights & Hygiene Policy
EU customers retain the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt for items where the hygiene seal remains intact and unbroken, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, Intyra follows Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, exempting lingerie and swimwear from the standard 14-day return period if the hygiene seal is broken.
EU customers returning eligible sealed items within 14 days will receive a refund to their original payment method upon request.
