At Intyra, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. Due to the intimate nature of our luxury lingerie and swimwear, our return and exchange policy reflects industry standards while ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and product integrity.

Exchanges for Size Adjustments Only

We are happy to offer size exchanges within 28 days of receipt for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Swimwear must have its protective adhesive film intact. Items must also be returned from the country where the order was delivered.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at customercare@intyra.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and will only be processed for the same item in a different size.

Non-Eligible Items for Exchange

We are unable to offer exchanges on the following items:

    • Products that have been worn, altered, or washed.
    • Lingerie and swimwear where the protective hygiene seal has been removed.
    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Briefs and panties (for hygiene reasons).
    • Items purchased as part of a final sale or promotional offer.

Please note: We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for lingerie or swimwear where the protective seal has been broken, in accordance with EU Consumer Protection laws concerning hygiene and health.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If you find any issues, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and provide proof of the damage or defect (e.g., photos of the damaged item and packaging). We will work with you to either replace the product or offer a resolution in line with applicable consumer protection laws. In cases of defective goods, we will cover the cost of return shipping

Process for Exchanges

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary details on how to return the item. Please ensure that no item is sent back without prior authorization, as it will not be accepted.

No Cooling-Off Period for European Union Sales

As Intyra sells intimate apparel, including lingerie and swimwear, these items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This exemption applies to goods that are 'sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons.' Once the seal is broken after delivery, the right to return or refund is voided. By making a purchase, you confirm your understanding of this policy

Therefore, once our products have been unsealed after delivery, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason.
